Jeremy Christ :: Director, Business Development

Jeremy Christ has over 13 years experience providing consulting for information systems technology spanning a wide variety of industries. Co-founding ModernGigabyte in 1999 has provided the essential framework for successful leadership for software development in Internet based technology.

Experience leading up to the inception of ModernGigabyte, LLC, includes technology consulting, web site design, site implementation, site deployment, e-commerce merchant services, and long term planning for web site management in two technology consulting companies located in Louisville, Kentucky. Business operations and development are central to Jeremy's everyday roles. Through the years, he has provided insight and direction to fraud prevention for sales and order fulfillment internally and throughout the ModernGigabyte client base.

Jeremy holds a B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems, and a B.A in Speech Therapy and Audiology, from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Michael Fountain :: Director, Research & Development

Michael Fountain has over 8 years experience in the software development industry and over 12 years experience in management and employee relations. As co-founder of ModernGigabyte in 1999, he has been instrumental in developing the core foundation of the company as it is today with ModernGigabyte's flagship product, ModernBill.

Prior to pursuing ModernGigabyte, LLC full time, Michael was the Manager of Web Site Production at Amazon.com for the "Hardlines Department" in Seattle, WA. In this capacity, he led a team of 11 product line web developers building the greatest e-Commerce platform in the world. Concurrently, he developed an award winning project/task management system for his team that improved project tracking, decreased project-management-by-email, and helped other managers across Amazon.com to allocate resources more efficiently. Michael also developed the "Quick-Compare" functionality that drove industry standards for on-the-fly product comparisons.

Michael holds a B.S.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Jonathan McCarrick :: Vice President of Sales

Jonathan McCarrick has over 6 years experience in the intellectual property development and protection. He has extensive experience with helping start-up entities gain their potential. He is currently responsible for new business development and creating strategic partnerships within the industry.

Prior to ModernGigabyte, LLC Jonathan was an attorney in private practice at Fore, Miller and Scwartz in Louisville, KY. He is also our In-house Counsel.

Jon holds a B. A. in History and a J.D. in Law from the University of Louisville.
